I'm Dylan — a Sydney-based uni student who's spent the last year obsessing over the art of whetstone sharpening. What started as a side interest became a genuine craft.

Using professional-grade Japanese ceramic whetstones across multiple grits, every knife is finished on a leather strop loaded with chromium oxide for a mirror-polished, razor-sharp result.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes — free pickup and delivery for orders of 3 or more knives across the Sydney metro area. For smaller orders, a collection charge may apply.
How long does sharpening take?

Most orders are returned within 24 hours. Same-day rush service is available for an additional charge when scheduling permits.
What blades can you sharpen?

Western and Japanese kitchen knives, chef's knives, cleavers, fillet knives, paring knives, and scissors. I don't sharpen serrated, circular or power tool blades.
How do I pay?

Payment via Eftpos (card tap), cash, bank transfer (BSB/Acc), or PayID on delivery. I'll send an invoice when I return your knives.
Will sharpening damage my expensive knives?

No. I only use water-saturated Japanese ceramic whetstones (Naniwa Abrasives) — no grinding wheels or belts that generate heat and damage steel. I've sharpened hundreds of knives of all descriptions, and not only do I avoid damage, I eliminate previous damage too.
